Letter Head Exchange Meet

Flow of Activities

~ During Rotasia, 100+ Clubs across South Asia were present and it was a good opportunity when the like minded people come and interact with each other.

~ We interacted with over 40+ Clubs and also had letter head exchange with them as a “Gesture of friendship”. We usually spent around 10 mins with each Club and tried to get insight about their culture and type of Projects they do as part of Rotaract movement. We further invite them to come or inform us if they are planning to in near future.

~ We already knew few of the Rotaractors as we have contacted them before for letter to our Soldiers Project. It was amazing meeting the people we were talking to in person and takig there feedback about the project

~ It was amazing Rotaraction for all of us there.
