The District Rotaract Representative and the District Official visits a club and looks on the reports and the administration of the club.
The setup has 3 formats. 1. Closed door Meeting, 2. Board of Directors Meeting, 3. General Body Meeting.
The team got to know how our club functions and we got few inputs from the district team.
